Welcome to my Cocina! I'm Courtney, the food crazy lady behind these recipes. My world revolves around my family and my kitchen. I'm a stay at home mom who feeds three hungry men (two miniature and one full grown) every day. Oh, and our rescue chihuahuas get the scraps. Life is busy and messy, but I'm loving every second!
