Platter FAQ's
I’m taking the platter out of town- will it be ok to travel?
They are great for car travel up to 2 hours away. Take it straight out of the fridge and pop it on a flat surface in the car right before you leave. If your trip is longer than that, you will need to place it in a cooler to preserve. I wrap each one up tightly with plastic so that the components stay covered and in place.
Can I serve the platter the following day?
Yes! Tightly wrapped, the platter should be good in the fridge for up to two days.
How do you store and serve one of the platters?
The platters should be stored in the refrigerator until at least 1.5 hours before you plan to serve. They are best served at room temperature.
Can I bring you my own platter to use?
YES! Dimensions will need to be similar to the ones I have available. I will need to receive the platter at least 1 day prior. Please put this request in the "special request" section of the order form.
Do you make custom platters?
I can try to accommodate! I can do grazing tables, brunch/breakfast platters, veggie platters, special themes, etc. Just shoot me an email via the contact form and we can discuss! Pricing may vary.
I have allergies. Can you customize a platter for me?
Yes! I can offer gluten-free crackers and can take any other necessary measures. Please put your request in the "special request" section of the order form.
How far in advance can I order a platter?
Orders can be accepted a month in advance. We prefer 48hr notice for all orders.
My plans have changed. Can I cancel my platter?
You need to cancel an order 48hrs in advance of pick up/ delivery date and get a full refund. If you cancel an order after the 48hr window you will be able to use your credit toward a future order.
