Let Coco handle your entertaining needs with a carefully curated party platter! Each one is a unique work of art: a delicious and show stopping centerpiece for you and your guests to enjoy. They also make wonderful gifts! My platters are loaded with seasonal fresh and dried fruit, select cheeses, cured meats, pickles, olives, nuts, preserves, mustard, plus decorative herbs and/or flowers. They come on a wooden tray that you get to keep, and you can select the option to have them delivered right to your door (if you live within 5 miles of 78209). I can also provide crackers for an additional fee (GF available). Currently, I offer 3 sizes for cheese and charcuterie platters:
THE GET-TOGETHER (serves 6+), $75
The "get-together" platter may be petite in size, but it's big in flavor! This option comes with 2-3 cheeses, 2-3 meats, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, preserves or local honey, plus decorative herbs and/or flowers. Everything comes wrapped on a tray with disposable wooden utensils for serving.
THE GATHERING (serves 12+), $125
The perfect size for a large dinner party or a medium sized celebration, the "gathering" platter comes with 3-4 cheeses, 2-3 meats, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, preserves or local honey, mustard, plus decorative herbs and/or flowers. Everything comes wrapped on a tray with disposable wooden utensils for serving.
THE GRANDE SOIREE (serves 24+), $225
Expecting a full house? Order this popular size for your next office party, baby or wedding shower, open house, holiday happy hour, etc.! The "grande soiree" platter comes with 5-6 cheeses, 3-4 meats, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, preserves, local honey, mustard, plus decorative herbs and/or flowers. Everything comes wrapped on a tray with disposable wooden utensils for serving.

PLATTER FAQ’s:
I’m taking the platter out of town- will it be ok to travel?
They are great for car travel up to 2 hours away. Take it straight out of the fridge and pop it on a flat surface in the car right before you leave. If your trip is longer than that, you will need to place it in a cooler to preserve. I wrap each one up tightly with plastic so that the components stay covered and in place.
Can I serve the platter the following day?
Yes! Tightly wrapped, the platter should be good in the fridge up to two days.
How do you store and serve one of the platters?
The platters should be stored in the refrigerator until at least 1.5 hours before you plan to serve. They are best served at room temperature.
Can I bring you my own platter to use?
YES! Dimensions will need to be similar to the ones I have available. I will need it at least 1 day prior. Prices will differ if size is different.
